It is sealed the full length on all sides to prevent die transfer onto your attire. It is crafted from 1 1/2" strap and and fitted with a solid metal ring to hold a variety of pommeled or headed weapons upon your belt. These are very popular with SCA and LARP fighters who would like a handy simple harness to hold a weapon.
